The sweet toffee whiff hits first along with the thickness and colour. Tastes like home made caramel and leaves no residue on the tongue. Addictive. Delicious enough to have on its own as a treat. Sidr honey: Actually looks like liquid gold. Smells like toffee and moves differently to conventional honey. Samar honey: Dark mahogany colour and smells more familiar. Not as sweet but not at all bitter. No strange aftertaste. Taif Rose: SO fragrant! But not in a sickly way. Tastes so light and leaves the breath smelling like real roses, in a subtle way. Does not taste rosey though! Beautiful colour. Black seed: Not bitter at all, very subtle scent. Much more tasty than the usual store bought black seed honey. Very relieved.
