UK & International Customers (excluding EU)
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not accept returns for:
- Any item not in its original condition, or that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.
EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable national consumer protection laws.
Withdrawal period: The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, takes physical possession of the goods.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal: To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) to:

Effects of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Please note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (e.g. food products including honey). However, as a gesture of goodwill, we will consider withdrawal requests for unopened and unused products in their original packaging.
Refunds (all customers)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds: If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@honoor.co.uk.
Exchanges (all customers)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@honoor.co.uk and send your item to:

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
