🌿 From the misty highlands of Ibb, Yemen 🍯

Hidden deep in the mountains grows the ancient Sorb Tree, whose blossoms appear only once a year. From this fleeting bloom comes one of the world’s rarest treasures — pure Sorb Tree white/light golden honey.

✨ Naturally light golden to white and creamy in colour — — this honey is prized for its delicate, silky texture, and remarkable purity.

The sourab tree grows in the cold mountainous regions of Yemen, specifically in Ibb governorate, in addition to the mountains of Al-Hasha district in Al-Dhalea governorate, the Oud Mountains, and Wadi Khaban in Ibb governorate. This tree is known for producing nectar that bees collect to make the unique honey of Soreb.

Colour

Known to be called White Oud Honey , white is its natural colour at the start of the season and as it passes for 7-8 months to a year it becomes closer to golden.

With each jar purchased, you will receive our Honoor Luxury Gift Box for free.
